These were our neighbors, Jim and Rodney. Both of them became friends through a mutual hobby of cross-dressing for entertainment. They were often highlighted at local bars and pubs for their song and dance routine, and sometimes even put on shows at elementary schools and church carnivals.
However, don't be fooled by the picture. Jim and Rodney's relationship was purely plutonic. In fact, they both had wives and families at one point or another in their lives. In fact, one of Rodney's sons is currently running for the State Senator. They shared a house solely for economic reasons. It was often called the "Bachelorette Pad" by their friends.
